How to use the preparation and answers to frequently asked questions

How to use? Apply 1 ml (the full pipette volume) once a day. Apply the pipette nozzle close to the scalp to prevent the product from settling on the hair.

How often to use? One dose per day, at least until hair loss is significantly reduced (the frequency should then be individually adjusted).

Do I need to use the product continuously? Yes, if you tend to have androgenetic alopecia. Not necessarily daily, if you have managed to stop the hair loss process, but the application frequency will always be an individual matter.

Can women use the product? Yes, if they are dealing with androgenetic alopecia. However, it is recommended to address the issue at the source by reversing hormonal imbalances related to androgen dominance.

Does it also work on facial hair? Yes, it accelerates facial hair growth and prevents it from turning gray. GHK-Cu, melatonin, and caffeine are responsible for this process. RU58841 will not have an impact on facial hair.

Do I need to prepare before using the product? Wash your hair beforehand, preferably with a ketoconazole shampoo like Nizoral, as it cleanses hair follicles of accumulated DHT. Leave the foam on your head for a few minutes so that the shampoo can act actively. Then wait a few minutes for the scalp to dry slightly. Apply the product within 30 minutes of washing your head.

Suggested dose – 1 ml (the full volume of 1 pipette), and for individuals resistant to the effects of the preparation, increase to 1.5-2 ml.

Due to the alcohol content, protect the product from contact with the eyes. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse with cold water.

GHK-Cu

Copper peptide caused enlargement of the sac on the back skin of shaved rats, covering hair follicles. The effect was similar to the action of topically applied minoxidil.

In this proposal, it is suggested that AHK-Cu (closely related to GHK-Cu) stimulates the growth of human hair follicles. The stimulating effect may occur through the stimulation of cell proliferation and the exclusion of apoptosis in dermal papilla cells; the dermal papilla regulates the development and growth of hair follicles. If copper peptides result in a greater number of dermal papilla cells, as suggested in this study, it seems likely that they can also stimulate hair growth. The proliferation of dermal papilla cells is one of the proposed methods for hair cloning.

Melatonina

Topically applied melatonin may influence hair growth in humans. Melatonin led to a significant increase in the anagen hair ratio in the occipital region of women with androgenetic alopecia compared to placebo (n=12; P=0.012). In the frontal region, melatonin also caused a significant increase in the diffuse alopecia group (n=28; P=0.046). Samples of occipital hair in patients with diffuse alopecia and the number of frontal hairs in individuals with androgenetic alopecia also showed an increase in anagen hairs, but the differences were not significant. Serum melatonin levels increased during melatonin treatment but did not exceed the physiological nighttime peak.

Topical application of a cosmetic melatonin solution as a treatment option for androgenetic alopecia in both sexes (review of studies).

In 35 men with AGA, after 3 and 6 months, a significant increase in hair density was measured in 54.8% to 58.1% of patients, respectively, by 29% and 41% (M0: 123/cm(2); M3: 159/cm(2); M6: 173/cm(2);) (P < 0.001). (4) In 60 men and women with hair loss, a significant reduction in hair loss was observed in women, while hair loss in men remained constant. In a large 3-month multicenter study involving over 1800 volunteers in 200 centers, the percentage of patients with 2- to 3-fold positive hair pull test results decreased from 61.6% to 7.8%, while the percentage of patients with negative hair pull test results increased from 12.2% to 61.5% (p < 0.001). Additionally, a reduction in sebum production and seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp was observed. Safety and tolerance in all studies were good.

Caffeine

Caffeine serves as a stimulator of human hair growth. Significant inhibition of growth was observed in hair follicles subjected to the action of 5 µg/ml of testosterone, which in practice corresponds to the mechanism of androgenetic alopecia. Caffeine countered this process at concentrations of 0.001% and 0.005%. Furthermore, when hair follicles were treated exclusively with caffeine, it led to a substantial stimulation of hair follicle growth.
